Terms of Service for DeclareMods

Welcome to declaremods.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using our Site, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“TOS”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to all of these TOS, do not access or use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These TOS constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ferra Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and agree to comply with these TOS and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. Description of Service

declaremods.com provides a platform where users can submit, access, and explore code snippets and scripts (“Scripts”) related to the Roblox gaming platform. These materials are offered for educational and personal development purposes only, specifically for learning game development and scripting in Roblox.

Important Notice: The Site is not intended for users located in the European Union (EU) or subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If you are a resident of an EU country or otherwise subject to the GDPR, you are prohibited from using this Site. By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you are not located in the EU.

3. User-Generated Content

You may submit content, including Scripts, comments, and other materials (“User Content”) to the Site. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Site and our services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to share such content and that it does not violate any applicable law, third-party rights, or these TOS. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or modify any User Content without notice.

We may review submitted Scripts but do not guarantee their accuracy, security, or functionality.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Scripts for illegal, unethical, or harmful purposes

  • Violate any applicable law or third-party terms, including those of Roblox

  • Exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Site’s operation

  • Gain unauthorized access to the Site, user accounts, or connected systems

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Site without written permission

  • Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Harvest or collect personal data from other users

  • Use Scripts in public Roblox games or in a way that provides unfair advantages

Reminder: The Scripts are provided for learning, experimentation, and creativity within a private or test environment only, not for live use or commercial deployment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (excluding User Content) is the property of Ferra Holdings LLC or its licensors, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Site without our written permission.

You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us the license as described in Section 3.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content (including User Content and Scripts) are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We make no warranties regarding the reliability or accuracy of any content.
Use the Site and its resources at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ferra Holdings LLC, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

  • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Site or any Scripts

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ferra Holdings LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Site

  • Your User Content

  • Your violation of these TOS

  • Any infringement of third-party rights caused by your actions

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice.
You may discontinue use of the Site at any time.
Sections that logically survive termination (such as intellectual property, warranties, indemnification, and liability limitations) shall continue in effect.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These TOS shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

All disputes or claims related to the Site or these TOS shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you agree to submit to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms of Service

We may revise these TOS at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be updated.
Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You are responsible for reviewing these TOS periodically.

12. Entire Agreement

These TOS, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ferra Holdings LLC concerning your use of the Site. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
